Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Increase Asset NOI Partners ("we", "us") collects when you visit assetnoi.pw or request a portfolio analysis, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We collect only what we need, we do not sell personal information, and we keep it for as long as the purpose requires.

Information you give us — when you submit the contact / portfolio analysis form, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, the property address(es), approximate square footage, number of properties, and any notes you choose to add.

Information collected automatically — when you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers may receive standard server log data: IP address, user agent, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Site secure and to understand aggregate usage. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

Cookies — we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for the Site to function and to remember your cookie preference. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are only set after you accept them through our cookie banner.

• To prepare and deliver the portfolio analysis you requested.
• To contact you about your inquiry by email or phone.
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, follow-ups, agreements).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not use the information you submit to send unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process your information based on (a) your consent (cookies, optional communications); (b) the steps you ask us to take prior to entering a contract (preparing your analysis, responding to your inquiry); (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the Site and Services — hosting (Cloudflare), database and email infrastructure (Supabase and our email sending provider for the notify.assetnoi.pw domain), and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
• Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) where strictly necessary.
• Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We never sell personal information.

Our service providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. Where transfers leave your jurisdiction, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction, so we can follow up on your inquiry and demonstrate compliance. Records related to a signed agreement are kept for the duration of the agreement plus the period required by law. Server logs are typically retained for 30–90 days.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, role-based database policies, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your information deleted;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
• port your information to another provider;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Transactional emails (such as confirmations of your portfolio analysis request) are sent from our notify.assetnoi.pw infrastructure. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops further non-essential emails about the relevant topic; we may still need to send you essential messages about a signed agreement.

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
